Winter Escape Recumbent Rally
Join us in the sunny and warm SoCal desert for a few days of fun, socializing, and enjoyng one of the most rider friendly locations in the US. This lightly organized trike rally will be held in conjunction with the Tour de Palm Springs.

Registration Fee: $25.00 + Campsite fee (if camping is desired)
Campsite Fee Options
There are 70 developed campsites (we have 20 held for the event) along with 36 primitive tenting sites. The organizer will allocate developed sites upon registration.
Book primitive tentings sites directly with Lake Cahuilla. Tent sites are first come, first served.
- $25/night/tent (book these directly with Lake Cahuilla)
- $40/night/RV with electricity and water. No sewer hook up (book through Eventbrite)
- $45/night/RV with electricity, water and sewer. (1 site available)

Non Camping Accommodations
Short term house rentals on VRBO , Airbnb, as well as various vacation home rental sites in the area are available. The closest neighborhood is PGA West and to the north. As well there are reasonably priced rental homes and condo units in Indian Palms Country Club about 8 miles away
A variety of budget hotels are about 8 miles away in Indio and the Embassy Suites in La Quinta is 9 miles away.
Attendees will be responsible for bringing their own food and refreshments. It is our hope we can develop a form of Tailgate breakfast format when people make their own breakfasts and those with culinary desires can cook a bit more to share and display their expertise.
Rental Trike Availability
Tri-A-Bike has 10 mid-range and premium quality trikes available for rent for those who would prefer to fly to Palm Springs and not bring their home recumbent. About Tour de Palm Springs
The Tour de Palm Springs (TdPS), a fund raising, charity non-competitive ride that has been around for 26 years. It attracts 6-7000 riders and provides several routes of varying length around the Coachella Valley. The organizer has allowed us to be the lead off group on the 25 mile route, along with the Wounded Warriors Veterans group.
